Travellers who have been to Dalian on or after July 23, 2020 and who don’t have a certificate of a negative nucleic acid test result issued within 7 days prior to their arrival, shall take a nucleic acid test in hospital or have the testing specimen collected at designated quarantine facilities after arriving in Sanya.
